The Triolet Hotel was born in 1988 as the realization of a dream of dad Cazzato, a building contractor: identifying an old farmhouse and transforming it into a welcoming hotel ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday.
When he arrived here in Courmayeur he not only saw an old building but was able to grasp the potential of his stunning location, between the town center and the cable car connection.
He worked hard on it for two years, keeping the external structure and rebuilding everything else, but in the end the result was what he dreamed of:
- 20 rooms welcoming for couples, families, friends,
- many balconies to enjoy the light, air and nature that surrounds the hotel as much as possible,
- a garden with a pleasant fountain to relax in the sun while admiring Mont Blanc,
- un dehors to have breakfast or take an aperitif as an alternative to the internal room, sheltered but immersed in a suggestive panorama,
- a great parcheggio covered and guarded to finally be able to forget the car and enjoy the holiday, and a heated ski and boot room from this year!
- a structure designed to create a cozy, familiar environment that invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain.

When my father launched into his business he immediately tried to involve me.
At the beginning, however, I had more in mind the music and the football than the idea of learning a trade from scratch in a family business.
I was 20 years old and I wanted to travel the world, go to concerts, play with friends, like all kids just out of high school.
Little by little I learned to know and appreciate this complex and fascinating world, always in contact with people from all over the world.
My father had hired Michele, an excellent restaurant manager as well as a very capable chef. Learning from the best, I realized I have excellent organizational skills, discovering mine passion for cooking.
For years, every day as soon as I woke up or when I had a free moment in the afternoon, I helped the chef in the kitchen by learning many of his secrets about fantastic recipes that I still love to share during breakfasts and sometimes in impromptu lunches for our guests.
Since then I have never stopped experimenting and I often improvise lunches for friends and guests using what I have available among the strictly a kilometer zero that we buy from local cooperatives.Mine passion for cooking stimulated me to study how sommelier and when I find passionate customers like me I love to share selected bottles to savor them in all their nuances.
Recently my wife Elena joined me in running the hotel.
To her, great organizer, precise and punctual is entrusted the part of customer management and reception.
With her I am always sure that everything fits together perfectly.
You can almost always find it in reception and being one great connoisseur of the area, passionate about trekking and skiing is always available to indicate to our customers the best track or in the summer the most suitable path for them and why not, upon returning, indicate the perfect restaurant for every need or the activity best for young or old.
Over the years I have tried to improve the Hotel Triolet with many small tricks how to insert large and comfortable sofas in the lobby, change the illumination making the breakfast room more pleasant and the kitchen more practical and manageable.
Me too'external area not only the signs and railings but the whole has been redone garden it has been equipped for relaxation and picnics.
I have equipped with fast internet connection the hotel by enhancing it with the fiber and it equipped with WiFi <every room and common area available to guests.
I added the ski and boot storage (from this year heated)
I have also made small quality adjustments to make the overnight stay in our rooms more pleasant, adding the blackout curtains, renovating the bathrooms with i new shower cubicles and equipping the beds with new 22 cm mattresses in pocket springs with two pillows for each, one in feathers and one in memory foam.
The rest of our guests is very important to us!
Recently I have improved the services of the Hotel with the new wellness area with Finnish sauna e fitness area with treadmill, exercise bike and weights and from this year I will offer the new massage service managed by a professional in the sector Albert Lorenzi which offers not only sports, decontracting or relaxing massages but also the service NeuroMuscular taping much appreciated among sportsmen.
What about my music?
No, I have not abandoned her, she is always with me, for years I have organized evenings of food, wine and music with a dear friend, I still write articles for music blogs and I created my own world of sounds hidden in the basement of the hotel, mine refuge to play or listen to my collection of artists from around the world.
I love these mountains and I will try to make you enjoy your stay here to the fullest.
